Notes
The impression of this utility apron was made in brown ink on an arborite surface. The brown ink that remained around the apron image was cleaned off leaving a brown image on a white background. The letters WORK were added from card stencils to remind some viewers of the function of this apron. Hand colouring was added on some variations. Later, a dark background was printed from inked card around a blocking stencil that covered the apron image.
