White conte on black Annonay paper

This drawing was made to expresses feelings of anger about unpaid and unvalued labour. The apron tie-arms were arranged to communicate anger and defiance. Mary Rawlyk also used this arrangement in the earlier monoprints of the Canadian Apron Flag, and for the Pink Proposal apron in the Exploited Apron Series.
