Notes
The fabric of this apron was so open, that the apron itself became a block out stencil with the black ink printing through it. Since it printed very clearly without clogging, several variations were made. The ribbon ties were hand coloured in various pale colours.

This is a hostess apron, intended to give the impression that preparing for and serving guests did not involve labour. This print was selected for the cover of the catalogue for the solo exhibition at the Robert McLaughlin Gallery in 1985.
